The chocolates here are truly like little pieces of art, and you can tell they put so much care into every single flavor. Every bite was delicious and had such interesting and high-quality ingredients, making it the perfect place to treat yourself or pick up a gift for someone special. The shop itself is lovely and very clean, though it can get a little pricey if you decide to buy a large box.

The desserts were absolutely amazing—the macarons were incredibly fresh, and the chocolates are truly some of the best I’ve ever tried. Every bite felt thoughtfully crafted and high quality. What stood out even more than the desserts was the customer service. The attention to detail and the genuine feeling of being welcomed and appreciated made the experience unforgettable. That level of care and warmth honestly has no price point. I’ll definitely be coming back.

As the other reviews of Norman Love confections show customers have different favorites. Some love the chocolates. Others love the gelato and so on. As the photos to this review attest, in our home we love their cakes.The presentation is immaculate from the box the cakes come within, to the bag and then the artistry of the cakes themselves. They look beautiful. The looks are not deceiving. The cakes themselves are delightful. A particular favorite for us is the white chocolate raspberry. However, over the years we have tried and enjoyed several different cakes and none disappoint. The price point for the cakes given the quality is reasonable. We share the views of some clients that believe that the chocolates are expensive, albeit we occasionally enjoy them. The location gets very busy, particularly on obvious occasions such as Valentine’s Day. Overall the service is usually good if you eat in, but occasionally does not live up to the price point of the product. Sometimes the coffee can be stale, but servers always remake it if it is and it is brought to their attention. Loved the white chocolate raspberry cake. It was a little TOO Sweet though and didn’t have enough raspberries. I think if it had more raspberries the tartness would balance out the sweetness a lot better!

First time in Naples, and we stopped in here to pick up some souvenir chocolates. They have pastries, gelato, truffles and a variety of other chocolate goodies including white, dark, milk, no sugar-added and even vegan. Stephanie was the one who helped us and she was so sweet and really welcoming! She knew a lot about the chocolates and gave her recommendations. We never felt rushed while picking anything. The chocolates were tasty and creamy. Definitely a great stop if you're in Naples!
